Dear Members of PNBA and GNSI NW, 

Because of the low number of entrants so far in our Drawing on Nature: Flora and Fauna exhibit, I have been instructed by Lisa Valore to let everyone know the deadline for the entries has been moved up to Tuesday, October 22nd.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and hope it will give those who are a little behind time to finish up their work.

Our topic will be Publications and delivery for the 2014 WSCC Art Exhibit: Posters, Flyers and Brochures.

  • October 22th 2013 - All entries are due (see Call to Artist, Entry, Prospectus, and Sales Receipt forms for details).  
  • November 3-18th - Acceptance Letter Mailed to artists. 
  • November 19 - December 28th - Mat and fame art per guidelines listed in Prospectus.  See acceptance letter for packaging and delivery options. 
  • December 29th - Art needs to be be delivered on or before date to appropriate collection site. 
  • January 15 - April 1st 2014 - Exhibit open. 
  • April 2nd - Art moved to Miller Library if applicable.

  • Place: Lake Forest Park Library, Lake Forest Park Town Center, Suite A134 (first floor, left of escalator) 17171 Bothell Way NE, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155. Library Phone number: (206) 362-8860
  • Date: September 21, 2013
  • Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Convention Center Exhibit Committee will meet to discuss remaining activities such as publicity, judging, etc.  This will be an opportunity to have any questions or concerns discussed and resolved.  It will also be the time to determine if all remaining tasks are on schedule, if task leaders need additional help or need to reschedule due dates.


1:00 - 1:30 - Break for Lunch
 
1:30 - 5:00 PM - Artists may bring in their art for review by committee members and to have questions answered.
