GNSI Northwest was founded in 1979. The group is centered in the Puget Sound area, with members from all over Washington State and as far away as Florida and Mexico. Meetings are held 4 - 6 times yearly, usually in Seattle, and often include technique demonstrations, workshops, portfolio sharing, and at least one field trip per year.
