Nature Consortium is a grassroots, community-based organization whose mission is to connect people, arts and nature.

Our Youth Art Program provides free art classes and field trips to youth, ages 5-19, in lower-income neighborhoods and subsidized public housing communities throughout Seattle and King County.

The program harmoniously interweaves a diverse arts, cultural, and environmental curriculum, including:  dynamic 2D & 3D visual art, movement, music, literary, culinary arts, gardening and technology classes—aiming to increase participants’ artistic skill, advance environmental learning and awareness, foster positive identity, increase social competence.
