It's been a challenge for many of us to emerge from our COVID cocoons, but we finally held some in-person meetups and events this summer! Members chatted and sketched outdoors together, volunteered at DinoFest with the Burke Museum, and also met virtually to catch-up and talk about upcoming opportunities. We will hold more in-person and as well as virtual meetups for members soon!

The Guild of Natural Science Illustrators Northwest will be mounting a juried exhibition at the Washington State Convention Center from July 2018 through September 2018. The exhibition (working title of “Views From the West”) will be in the smaller space on the second level and the number of works will be limited to 30 to 40 pieces. In order to comply with the WSCC contract the exhibition must be juried. Any suggestions for jurors will be appreciated. Further information about the exhibit will be coming in the near further. If you are interested in helping to organize this exhibition please contact Barbara Ierulli on the contact form on the exhibits page.
Keep checking back to that page as the event progresses.
